Brewed for annual West Coast IPA Challenge The Malthouse 2020. Using English Golden Promise Malt and loaded it with Simcoe, Mosaic and the new (and finally) named hop Nectaron (formally Hort 4337). Behemoth has combined some of their all time favourite hops: Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Galaxy to bring you a medley of soft juicy flavours and aromas. Something Hoppy is an India Pale Ale made with Citra, Azacca, and El Dorado hops that meld over a lovely malt cushion. Sometimes all you need is something hoppy and this is the beer for those times. To be fair, most times are those times.
