An ongoing series of occasional one off releases inspired by the nice ideas captured in Parrotdog's Lyall Bay Brewery. Limited Release 35 is a West Coast IPA loaded with Simcoe, Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic, Strata and Cryo Columbus hops, showcasing punchy citrus, tropical, berry and dank characters over top of a lean pale malt base and a firm West Coast style bitterness.
