Absinthe is an aromatic, dry and highly alcoholic herbal spirit. It is a bitter liqueur and is best consumed after diluting with water and sugar. It contains anis (Liquorice flavour) and the notorious wormwood plant (Artemisia) as well as optional various other aromatic components, such as peppermint, cloves, cinnamon, (the juice of spinach, nettles and parsley).

Gran Centenario Plata is a 100% agave, award-winning tequila, rested in American oak pipónes (large wooden vats) for an average of 7 weeks creating an unusual smoothness for a Silver tequila. Crafted in small batches in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico since 1857.

This Twelve Year Old Aberlour has been matured in two cask types, traditional oak and Sherry oak casks. Especially selected every year, they are filled with whisky and quietly aged for a minimum of twelve years; then the casks are married together. Old Highland Whisky was the first commercial whisky brand from John Walker & Sons produced in the 1860s, which went on to feature the square bottle and slanted label taking the whisky from Scotland to the four corners of the world. The rich and complex blend is inspired by the flavours found in the stock books from the Walker family's grocery store in the 1860s and uses whiskies from distilleries which were operating at that time.
