Hakushu (the mountain forest distillery) is located deep in the forest of Japan's Southern Alps. It is embraced for its herbal, gently smoky flavour. The innovation in Hakushu Distiller's Reserve comes from using a lightly peated malt whisky as its young talent.

This wonderful peated Japanese single malt whisky hails from Hakushu distillery, owned by Suntory. The distillery resides in the forests of Mt. Kaikomagatake, with the original Hakushu distillery built in 1973. Another building was added in 1981, called Hakushu Higashi. Rather fittingly, it boasts a fresh and foresty flavour profile.

As the legend goes, a brave knight forged a crown from a spirited battle lasting 26 years. Plunging through the River Ore in triumph, he carried his flag high, its long cerulean ribbons dissolving into the river's gentle flow, transforming the water into sweet, silken gold. There, a majestic distillery was born, and as the story has it, every 26 years since, the river runs gold once again, its lustrous character present in every dram. Rising with a golden quality in 1824, Cameron Bridge became the most enduring legacy of one of the oldest whisky dynasties. Regal, velvet and refined in its richness, its whiskies were renown for their silken and honeyed smooth character, a taste of which rippled around the world, with loyal subjects far and wide. This bold spirit gleams gold in the sun and swirls silky-smooth in the glass. Subtle aroma yields hints of spice, these savoury notes flanked by traces of hard toffee and shavings of fine oak. The smooth flowing texture carries a taste sweet with caramel toffee and intensely oaky-dry.

A one of a kind single malt. Six cask finishes - small batch Bourbon casks, Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks, Madeira casks, Marsala casks, Port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques - are exquisitely married, to craft a one-of-a-kind whisky with a rich and enticing flavour profile. The Aroma: Red berry fruits and hints of passion fruit. The Palate: Citrus zest, vanilla pod, crème caramel, and crushed almonds. The Finish: Cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

Carefully distilled spirits are combined with an extract of cacao beans from Africa and vanilla from Madagascar to compose this traditional sweet-chocolate liqueur. De Kuyper Crème de Cacao is intense and sweet in a Chocolate Martini.

To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics.

This exclusive Glenfiddich expression has been matured for 23 years in American and European oak casks and elegantly finished in rare French cuvée casks. The finest flavours from Scotland and France have been fused together through the art of experimentation, to redefine moments of celebration and create a new and extraordinary drinking experience.

Chivas 25 is a rare and exclusive blend of the finest Scotch whiskies, which have all been aged for a minimum of 25 years. The legendary Chivas 25 was the worlds first luxury whisky, launched in 1909 to America's high society in New York. Enticingly fruity with a luxuriously long finish, it's easy to see why Chivas 25 made a comeback.

Aged for a quarter of a century in a combination of ex-Oloroso sherry butts and ex-Bourbon barrels this mellow single malt Scotch has the distinctive flavour of Laphroaig. Bottled at cask strength it is a dram with a long and warming finish that lingers. Beautifully smooth, it is a real treat for Laphroaig purists and certainly a dram with savouring.

Hearts Collection is a very rare and limited collection of three 100% pot-still single marque rums that have been hand-selected from Appleton Estate's legendary inventory by Appleton Estate Master Blender, Joy Spence. For the Hearts Collection, Joy pulled ten barrels from the nearly 200,000 barrels ageing in Appleton Estate's warehouses - one of the largest and oldest collections in the world. Hearts Collection is comprised of three vintages that embody the excellence of Appleton Estate: 1994, 1995 and 1999. This limited collection was named Hearts Collection for three reasons: it was crafted in the heart of Jamaica, the pot-still uses the heart of the raw materials, and the heart is a symbol of the passion shared by both Joy and Luca.
