Hearts Collection is a very rare and limited collection of three 100% pot-still single marque rums that have been hand-selected from Appleton Estate's legendary inventory by Appleton Estate Master Blender, Joy Spence. For the Hearts Collection, Joy pulled ten barrels from the nearly 200,000 barrels ageing in Appleton Estate's warehouses - one of the largest and oldest collections in the world. Hearts Collection is comprised of three vintages that embody the excellence of Appleton Estate: 1994, 1995 and 1999. This limited collection was named Hearts Collection for three reasons: it was crafted in the heart of Jamaica, the pot-still uses the heart of the raw materials, and the heart is a symbol of the passion shared by both Joy and Luca.

This expression was created to honour Glenfiddich's line of continuous family ownership since William Grant founded our distillery in 1887. We've created a vibrant yet soft and delicate expression, with a deep and complex balance of sweetness and dry oak tannin. Bound to excite the palate and awaken the nose.

Disaronno is a pleasure to enjoy on the rocks as well as in its various mixed drinks. The sweet almond aroma on the nose is bright and lively. The almond flavour is not super cloying and gives a nutty, toasted backnote on the finish. Softer on the palate however with a rather short, sweet flavour of almond and marzipan.
