A lovely rich expression of the variety, the wonderfully lifted bouquet shows nectarine, mango, feijoa and lemon zest characters, followed by a succulent palate that is bright and flavoursome. The wine offers generous fruit intensity and weight, brilliantly supported by juicy acidity, finishing long and delectable.

The palate is full and generous, sweet tropical fruits combine with characteristic pinot gris texture creating mouth filling length. Pinot gris is delicious sipped solo or enjoyed with seared or grilled fish and simple oven-roasted chicken.

Nola's Rich Ruby is a 100 year old family recipe, made in the Portuguese style of a ruby port. Nicely balanced sweetness, with rounded fruit flavours. Serve with dried fruits or nuts-based dessert, cheese, as a warming after dinner drink or lightly chilled as an aperitif. The fourth generation of the Nola family continues over 100 years of family wine making history and tradition.
