Spey River Bourbon Cask Finish has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, only then the whisky is then transferred into first fill Bourbon casks to allow the secondary maturation which adds to its complex character and refined depth of flavour. On the nose rich malty aroma with hints of breakfast cereal and cooked fruits. On the palate crisp, fresh flavour with malty sweetness and delicate oak notes. Subtle spice and hints of toasted almonds. The finish is clean with a lingering sweetness.

First matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, the whisky is then transferred into first used sherry casks to allow the secondary maturation, which adds to its complex character and refined depth of flavour. On the nose a rich malty aroma with subtle notes of dried fruits and cinnamon sticks. The sherry cask influence has introduced a sherbet spice and oaky character. The palate is rich and spicy with layers of sweet oak, raisins, apricots and fresh oak. Addition of a little water releases the characteristic flavours of sherry cask.

Vapour distilled for floral aromas - this rum is made by distilling the skin of blush-pink grapefruits to match the refreshing floral taste of Swazi rum. The rum is enhanced with infused blood orange for a bitter-sweet sour taste and has been vapour-infused with fragrant garden rose petals and elderflower to give an intense floral aroma. Hailing from Torino Distillati in the Italian Alps in Piedmont Italy, Master Distiller Beppe Ronco created the unique Stambecco Amaro blending 30 botanicals gathered from the surrounding alpine landscapes. Distilling together sweet and bitter oranges, coriander seeds, marjoram, oregano, wormwood (also known as artemisia blend), cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. He then slowly infused luxurious Italian maraschino cherries and fresh peel to make a delicious and bittersweet craft distilled Amaro. Named after the Long-Horned Goat that roams around the distillery in the Italian Alps, Stambecco is perfectly balanced, smooth, fruity and rounded and to be enjoyed on the rocks, in a shot or in your favourite cocktail.

From the fabulous Starward distillery over in Melbourne comes Solera, a tasty single malt made with 100% Australian barley and matured exclusively in re-coopered and re-sized Apera (an Australian fortified wine, not dissimilar to Spanish sherry) barrels. The name is of course a reference to the solera ageing system, which Starward spins its own take on to age this whisky.
